In 2018 she was admitted as a lawyer by the New York State Bar. She joined the firm in August 2018. In the corporate commercial department, she is in charge of all legal matters for national and international companies. Among the recent transactions, it should be noted that it collaborated in the first infrastructure agreement in Paraguay under the Public Private Alliance modality, which had an investment of USD 400 million. Likewise, it participated in the issuance of bonds of the Republic of Paraguay in the years 2013, 2017 and 2018. It carried out the due diligence in relation to a bond issue in the international market for USD 300 million from a Paraguayan company. Represented an international company in the acquisition of shares of a local company for approximately USD 30 million. Represented various international banks in secured loan transactions with local debtors. Advises on corporate matters such as bylaws, meeting and board minutes, shareholders' agreement, among others
