Recently, the Paraguayan Government signed with ECB Paraguay S.A., a company which aims to invest in cleaner and more sustainable energy in our country, a Free Trade Zone Concession Agreement, which will be valid for 30 years.

BKM advises ECB Group since the beginning of its operations in Paraguay, including the negotiation of the terms and conditions of the Free Trade Zone Concession Agreement, for the installation and operation of the “Omega Green” biodiesel plant, an investment valued in USD 800 million.
